Curriculum Design

I believe Indigenous language curricula should be grounded in Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and doing. I use decolonizing and Indigenous pedagogies and language learning methods. With a focus on additional language learners, I create curriculum for Chikashshanompa’ (Chickasaw language) courses. I also support Indigenous Nations and organizations to envision their own models of language education.
